Plant Return Policy

We understand that sometimes plants may not meet your expectations. However, due to the nature of plants, we have a slightly different return policy:

  1. Eligibility for Plant Returns:

    • Plants must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

    • Plants can not be ripped, destroyed.

  2. Return Fee:

    • A $3 processing fee will be charged for all plant returns to cover the cost of handling and restocking.

  3. Return Process:

    • Contact our customer service team to initiate a plant return.

    • A prepaid return shipping label will be provided, and the $3 fee will be deducted from your refund.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer service team via email to request a return.

  2. Provide your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return.

  3. Follow the instructions provided by our team to ship the item(s) back to us.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • For plant returns, the $3 processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
